Debbie Hart has been helping people in the self improvement field for 12 years.
She obtained certification as a hypnotherapist in 2009 through the National Guild of Hypnotists, the largest and oldest organization in the world. She then received her life coaching certification a year later in 2010 and constantly continues her education in both fields.

Debbie works with men, women, and children in all walks of life with a wide variety of issues. She has helped people quit smoking in just a couple sessions with no withdrawal symptoms! As a hypnotherapist she has helped countless clients reduce stress and the correlating health problems, get better sleep at night, gain confidence, conquer fears, control anger, eliminate bedwetting and other unwanted behaviors and so much more!

As a life coach she loves helping people discover who they really are, what their dreams truly are, what they are here to do, while empowering them to make their dreams become reality!  Debbie especially enjoys coaching engaged couples on how to really be prepared for marriage, and how to co-create their dreams together.

Debbie successfully assists expecting couples form a deep bond with the child soon to be born, and empowers them to create the birth experience they desire through teaching Hypo-birthing classes in the evenings.

She has six children who are the light of her life. The last four were born naturally without drugs or IV's using the skills she learned. She loves to teach her children how to use creative visualization to overcome their fears, and to gain courage to take risks and learn new skills quicker.

Debbie also spent years on stage as an actress, singer, dancer and taught performing arts classes for children for five years, which provided valuable insight into how gaining confidence through learning how to take risks can expand to creating joy in other areas of your life.

Debbie enjoys volunteering at her local church teaching children on Sundays.

She has also gathered a volunteer group that goes to the homeless shelters 2-3 times a month to assist in helping in a variety of ways. Debbie loves meeting new people who are currently struggling and seeing their eyes light up when they discover there are people who truly care about them and how there is an exciting part of life just waiting for them to discover!
Debbie's enthusiasm for life is contagious and she receives overflowing positive feedback in her reviews.

Debbie is writing her first book titled:

From Victim to Victor!
Overcoming emotional abuse.

After 16 years of marriage, dedicating her life to her family, she was left homeless and destitute with six kids in tow literally overnight. This book teaches you how to overcome ANY obstacle - no matter how bleak the circumstances look, shows how psychological abuse can be worse than physical, and helps others escape the "give in to get along" mentality that only makes abuse from partners worse.

Debbie Hart maintains an office in Provo, Utah. Sessions are also available over the phone and via Skype.
